  2. 2. Stir in the buckwheat flakes, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
  3. 3. Simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. 4. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate.
  5. 5. Stir two-thirds of the chocolate pieces into the porridge.
  6. 6. Let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  7. 7. Halve the passion fruits.
  8. 8. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp.
  9. 9. Peel and wash the pears.
  10. 10. Halve the pears and remove the core.
  11. 11. Cut the pears into small cubes.
  12. 12. Mix the pear cubes with the passion fruit pulp.
  13. 13. Fill the porridge into small bowls.
  14. 14. Top with the pear and passion fruit mixture.
  15. 15. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
