🍳 Chocolate Buckwheat Porridge with Pear and Passion Fruit

Ingredients
- 600 ml Oat drink (oat milk)
- 200 g Buckwheat flakes
- 20 g Ground flaxseeds (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp Strongly deoiled cocoa powder (14 g)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 30 g Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
- 4 Passion fruits
- 2 small Pears (100 g each)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oat drink in a pot.
- 2. Stir in the buckwheat flakes, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
- 3. Simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate.
- 5. Stir two-thirds of the chocolate pieces into the porridge.
- 6. Let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- 7. Halve the passion fruits.
- 8. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp.
- 9. Peel and wash the pears.
- 10. Halve the pears and remove the core.
- 11. Cut the pears into small cubes.
- 12. Mix the pear cubes with the passion fruit pulp.
- 13. Fill the porridge into small bowls.
- 14. Top with the pear and passion fruit mixture.
- 15. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
