  7. 7. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as you no longer hear popping sounds.
  8. 8. Let the popcorn finish popping for about five minutes.
  9. 9. Melt the dark chocolate coating in the microwave at 600 watts for about five minutes.
  10. 10. Alternatively, melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water.
  11. 11. Place the finished popcorn into a large bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the popcorn with the pretzels.
  13. 13. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture.
  14. 14. Shake the bowl several times to ensure everything is well coated.
  15. 15. Let the chocolate cool briefly until it sets.
