🍽️ Crunchy Popcorn with Chocolate Pretzel Topping

Ingredients
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 500 g corn kernels
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 250 g pretzels (mini pretzels)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
- 2. Add the corn kernels to the pot.
- 3. Evenly distribute the kernels on the bottom of the pot using a wooden spoon.
- 4. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 5. Wait until the first corn kernel pops.
- 6. Shake the pot occasionally.
- 7. Remove the pot from the heat as soon as you no longer hear popping sounds.
- 8. Let the popcorn finish popping for about five minutes.
- 9. Melt the dark chocolate coating in the microwave at 600 watts for about five minutes.
- 10. Alternatively, melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water.
- 11. Place the finished popcorn into a large bowl.
- 12. Mix the popcorn with the pretzels.
- 13. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture.
- 14. Shake the bowl several times to ensure everything is well coated.
- 15. Let the chocolate cool briefly until it sets.
