🍽️ Chocolate Pear Shake

Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate coating
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch cardamom (ground)
- 1 pinch chili (ground)
- 1 pear
- 4 ice cubes
- 100 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Grate the chocolate coating (chocolate chips or bar) very finely.
- 2. Dip the rim of the drinking glasses briefly into cold water.
- 3. Shake off any excess water drops.
- 4. Press the glass rims into the grated chocolate.
- 5. Let the chocolate rims dry in the air.
- 6. Place the remaining chocolate coating in a small saucepan.
- 7. Pour 150 milliliters of milk into the saucepan.
- 8. Add the cardamom and the chili pod to the saucepan.
- 9. Gently warm the mixture on the stove.
- 10. Stir constantly until the chocolate has completely melted.
- 11. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 12. Let the chocolate milk cool down.
- 13. Peel the pear.
- 14. Cut the pear into four equal pieces.
- 15. Remove the core from the pear pieces.
- 16. Place the pear pieces into the blender.
- 17. Pour the cooled chocolate milk into the blender.
- 18. Add the remaining milk to the blender.
- 19. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- 20. Add the cream to the blender.
- 21. Blend all ingredients until a smooth liquid forms.
- 22. Pour the shake into the prepared glasses.
- 23. Serve the shake immediately.
