🍰 Chocolate Mousse with Meringue Drops

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g nut nougat
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 4 meringues (mini-meringues)
- 1 tbsp sugar pearls (silver)
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Place a bowl over a pot of hot water (bain-marie).
- 3. Add the chocolate pieces and the nut paste to the bowl.
- 4. Stir occasionally until the ingredients are completely melted.
- 5. Separate the eggs: Carefully lift the yolk away from the white.
- 6. Mix the melted chocolate mixture with the egg yolks.
- 7. Whip the cream with a mixer until it is firm.
- 8. Add the powdered sugar to the whipped cream.
- 9. Gently fold the sweetened cream into the chocolate mixture.
- 10. Whip the egg white with a pinch of salt until it forms stiff peaks.
- 11. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the chocolate mixture.
- 12. Divide the mousse among individual cups.
- 13. Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 14. Garnish the cold mousse with the meringue drops just before serving.
- 15. Sprinkle the sugar pearls on top as a final touch.
