  5. 5. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stem area.
  6. 6. Slice the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Wash the cucumber and peel it.
  8. 8. Slice the cucumber.
  9. 9. Rinse the salad greens and sprouts.
  10. 10. Drain the salad greens and sprouts.
  11. 11. Wash the meat and pat it dry.
  12. 12. Drizzle the meat with lemon juice.
  13. 13. Salt and pepper the meat.
  14. 14. Coat the meat in flour.
  15. 15. Dip the meat into the beaten egg.
