  1. 1. Place the flour on a shallow plate.
  2. 2. Whisk the eggs loosely in a second bowl with a fork.
  3. 3. Fill the breadcrumbs into a third plate.
  4. 4. Rinse the turkey schnitzels briefly under cold water.
  5. 5. Pat the meat slices completely dry with kitchen paper.
  6. 6. Pound the schnitzels slightly flat with a meat mallet.
  7. 7. Season both sides of the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Coat the schnitzels in the flour and shake off excess powder.
  9. 9. Dip the meat slices through the beaten eggs.
  10. 10. Cover the schnitzels with the breadcrumbs and press them on only lightly.
  11. 11. Heat ghee in a large frying pan.
  12. 12. Fry the schnitzels on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Pour hot fat over the schnitzels occasionally while frying.
  14. 14. Turn the schnitzels once in the middle of the cooking time.
  15. 15. Let the finished schnitzels drain on kitchen paper.
  16. 16. Serve the schnitzels with fries and cucumber salad as desired.
