  7. 7. Cut the beans into pieces about 5 centimeters long.

  9. 9. Wash the chicken schnitzels and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  10. 10. Pound the schnitzels slightly to make them thinner.
  11. 11. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped walnuts in a bowl.
  13. 13. Place the breadcrumb mixture onto a plate.
  14. 14. Whisk the eggs with the cream in a second bowl.
  15. 15. Place the egg-cream mixture onto another plate.
  16. 16. First, coat the schnitzels in the flour.
  17. 17. Then, dip the floured schnitzels into the egg-cream mixture.
  18. 18. Finally, press the schnitzels into the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  19. 19. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a large frying pan.
