  7. 7. Peel the mandarin orange completely.
  8. 8. Cut the mandarin orange into thick slices.
  9. 9. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the schnitzels for about 3 minutes on each side.
  11. 11. Remove the schnitzels from the pan.
  12. 12. Keep the schnitzels warm.
  13. 13. Deglaze the pan drippings with broth.
  14. 14. Add cream to the liquid.
  15. 15. Let the sauce simmer briefly.
  16. 16. Add the mandarin orange slices to the sauce.
  17. 17. Simmer the covered sauce for 2 minutes.
  18. 18. Cook the ribbon noodles according to the package instructions.
  19. 19. Plate the schnitzels with the mandarin sauce and ribbon noodles.
