  2. 2. Place the onion rings in a shallow dish.
  3. 3. Pour the milk over the onion rings.
  4. 4. Put the flour on a plate.
  5. 5. Heat plenty of oil in a deep fryer or a deep pot for frying.
  6. 6. Check the oil temperature by inserting a wooden stick: The oil is ready when small bubbles form.
  7. 7. Cut the meat lengthwise, but not all the way through.
  8. 8. Open up the meat to create flat schnitzels.
  9. 9. Pound the schnitzels a bit flatter.
  10. 10. Season the meat with salt and curry powder.
  11. 11. Heat ghee in a pan.
  12. 12. Fry the chicken schnitzels for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  13. 13. Pour in the broth and the cream.
  14. 14. Let the schnitzels simmer over low heat.
