🍽️ Crunchy Bread with Quark Cream and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 20 g very small tomatoes (date tomatoes; 4 very small tomatoes)
- 80 g low-fat quark (4 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g fine whole grain bread (1 slice)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the chives under running water.
- 2. Shake off the chives until they are dry.
- 3. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes in half through the middle.
- 6. Place the quark into a small bowl.
- 7. Add the oil and the chopped chives to the quark.
- 8. Stir the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
- 9. Season the quark cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Spread the quark mixture evenly over the bread.
- 11. Place the tomato halves on top of the spread bread.
