Ingredients
- 1 kg mixed raw vegetables (e.g., cucumbers, celery stalks, carrots)
- 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 1 dash lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any peels or inedible parts.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into sticks approximately 5 centimeters long.
- 4. Wash the chives.
- 5. Shake the chives dry.
- 6. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Mix the cottage cheese with the chopped garlic and chive rings.
- 10. Season the mixture with lemon juice and salt.
- 11. Serve the dip together with the prepared vegetable sticks.
