  1. 1. Beat the egg whites until they are semi-stiff.
  2. 2. Stir in sifted powdered sugar until you have a piping icing.
  3. 3. If the icing is too thick, stir in a little water.
  4. 4. Fill the icing into a freezer bag.
  5. 5. Cut off a small tip from the bag.
  6. 6. Pipe the icing around the edges of four brown cookies.
  7. 7. Stick the four cookies on top of each other.
  8. 8. Pipe icing along the long sides of the top cookie.
  9. 9. Place two more cookies on top as gables.
  10. 10. Pipe icing to seal the top connection.
  11. 11. Decorate the house as you like.
  12. 12. Dust the finished house with powdered sugar.
