🍰 Quick Gingerbread House

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 package brown cake mix (e.g. Kemmsche Braune Kuchen)
- colorful candies
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Beat the egg whites until they are semi-stiff.
- 2. Stir in sifted powdered sugar until you have a piping icing.
- 3. If the icing is too thick, stir in a little water.
- 4. Fill the icing into a freezer bag.
- 5. Cut off a small tip from the bag.
- 6. Pipe the icing around the edges of four brown cookies.
- 7. Stick the four cookies on top of each other.
- 8. Pipe icing along the long sides of the top cookie.
- 9. Place two more cookies on top as gables.
- 10. Pipe icing to seal the top connection.
- 11. Decorate the house as you like.
- 12. Dust the finished house with powdered sugar.
