  1. 1. Peel the cucumbers if necessary, halve them lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber flesh into strips about 0.5 cm thick. Place them in a bowl and cook them covered in the microwave at 850 watts for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Mix crème fraîche with dill and salt to make the dill sauce. Pour the cooked cucumbers over with this sauce.
  3. 3. Mix crème fraîche with cream, vegetable broth, tarragon, salt, and pepper to make the tarragon sauce. Cook the mixture uncovered in the microwave at 850 watts for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the cooked cucumbers over with the tarragon sauce.
