  1. 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle the dry yeast over the flour.
  3. 3. Add the sugar, salt, one tablespoon of oil, the yogurt, and about 75 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  4. 4. Knead everything into a firm but pliable dough.
  5. 5. Use a little more or less water if necessary to achieve the right consistency.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven grill.
  8. 8. Knead the dough vigorously again after the resting period.
  9. 9. Work the cumin into the dough.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  11. 11. Shape each portion into a thin flatbread with a slightly thicker edge.
  12. 12. Shape the flatbreads into triangles if you like.
  13. 13. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  14. 14. Brush the flatbreads with a little oil.
  15. 15. Place the tray under the grill.
  16. 16. Grill the flatbreads for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  17. 17. Remove the flatbreads and let them cool.
