🍽️ Quick Flatbreads with Yeast

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 10 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin (coarsely crushed)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Sprinkle the dry yeast over the flour.
- 3. Add the sugar, salt, one tablespoon of oil, the yogurt, and about 75 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 4. Knead everything into a firm but pliable dough.
- 5. Use a little more or less water if necessary to achieve the right consistency.
- 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Preheat the oven grill.
- 8. Knead the dough vigorously again after the resting period.
- 9. Work the cumin into the dough.
- 10. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- 11. Shape each portion into a thin flatbread with a slightly thicker edge.
- 12. Shape the flatbreads into triangles if you like.
- 13. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 14. Brush the flatbreads with a little oil.
- 15. Place the tray under the grill.
- 16. Grill the flatbreads for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 17. Remove the flatbreads and let them cool.
