🍰 Quick Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 75 g raw cane sugar
- 600 g frozen strawberries
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemons and mix 6 tablespoons of juice with 250 milliliters of water and the raw cane sugar in a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 3. Let the resulting syrup cool down.
- 4. Put the frozen strawberries and the cooled syrup into a stand mixer.
- 5. Puree the mixture until smooth.
- 6. Season the puree with the remaining lemon juice.
- 7. Pour the puree into a shallow stainless steel dish.
- 8. Place the dish in the freezer compartment for 15 minutes.
- 9. Shape the sorbet into balls using an ice cream scoop.
- 10. Serve the sorbet immediately.
