🍰 Quick Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 350 g mixed berries (frozen)
- 0.5 lemon
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
Instructions
- 1. Place the berries in a tall container.
- 2. Let the berries thaw for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, squeeze 1–2 tablespoons of juice from the lemon.
- 4. Whisk the buttermilk, cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
- 5. Pour the spiced buttermilk over the berries.
- 6. Puree the mixture finely using a hand blender.
- 7. Place the ice cream maker in the freezer compartment for 10 minutes.
- 8. Scoop balls using an ice cream scoop.
- 9. Wash the lemon balm.
- 10. Shake the leaves dry.
- 11. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 12. Garnish the ice cream with the lemon balm leaves.
