  4. 4. Whisk the buttermilk, cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  5. 5. Pour the spiced buttermilk over the berries.
  6. 6. Puree the mixture finely using a hand blender.
  7. 7. Place the ice cream maker in the freezer compartment for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Scoop balls using an ice cream scoop.
  9. 9. Wash the lemon balm.
  10. 10. Shake the leaves dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  12. 12. Garnish the ice cream with the lemon balm leaves.
