Ingredients
- 1 sprig flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 tsp flaxseed oil
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 50 ml celery juice
- 100 ml spinach juice
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the parsley dry.
- 3. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 4. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 5. Place the chopped parsley on a plate.
- 6. Brush the rim of a glass with linseed oil.
- 7. Press the oiled glass rim into the parsley.
- 8. Pour the carrot juice, celery juice, and spinach juice into a tall container.
- 9. Add ice cubes to the juice mixture.
- 10. Stir the juices and ice cubes well.
- 11. Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
