🥤 Quick Beetroot Drink

Ingredients
- 50 g onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 ml beetroot juice
- 50 ml carrot juice
- 3 chives
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Cut the onion into large chunks.
- 3. Press the onion chunks through a garlic press directly into a glass.
- 4. Press the garlic clove through the press into the glass as well.
- 5. Pour in the beetroot juice and the carrot juice.
- 6. Stir the mixture well until everything is combined.
- 7. Add a few ice cubes to the drink.
- 8. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 9. Shake the chives dry.
- 10. Garnish the drink with the fresh chives.
