🍰 Quick Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
- 600 g rhubarb
- 3 tbsp sugar
- lemon (juice)
- 125 g brown sugar
- 150 g flour
- 80 g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the tough outer skin.
- 3. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
- 4. Place the rhubarb pieces into four lightly greased small baking dishes.
- 5. Sprinkle the rhubarb with sugar.
- 6. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- 7. Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- 8. Add the melted butter.
- 9. Knead everything into crumbly bits.
- 10. Distribute the crumbs evenly over the rhubarb.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 12. Bake the crumble for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 13. Take it out when the surface is golden brown.
- 14. Serve the dessert while still warm.
