  1. 1. Mix flour, 150 grams of sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Whisk buttermilk and eggs thoroughly in a separate bowl.
  3. 3. Stir the buttermilk and egg mixture into the flour mixture until a smooth batter forms.
  4. 4. Line a square baking pan (24x24 cm) with baking paper.
  5. 5. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out with a rubber spatula.
  6. 6. Mix coconut flakes and the remaining sugar in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the coconut-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for fan-assisted or gas mark 2-3).
  9. 9. Bake the cake on the middle rack for 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. 10. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes.
  11. 11. Stir the mango cubes into the yogurt until the mixture is smooth.
  12. 12. Halve the passion fruits and scoop out the pulp with a teaspoon.
  13. 13. Add the passion fruit pulp to the yogurt-mango mixture.
  14. 14. Serve the warm cake with the yogurt-mango topping.
