🥤 Quick Egg Punch

Ingredients
- 40 ml Whisky
- 20 ml Drambuie (Scottish whisky liqueur)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions
- 1. Put the whisky, Drambuie, honey, and beaten egg into a shaker.
- 2. Shake the mixture vigorously for about half a minute.
- 3. Strain the contents of the shaker through a fine sieve into a glass.
- 4. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it is just about to boil.
- 5. Pour the hot milk into the egg mixture in the glass while stirring constantly.
- 6. Sprinkle some grated nutmeg over the punch and serve immediately.
