  1. 1. Beat the egg yolks together with the powdered sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture is airy and frothy and the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour the cream in a thin stream and continue mixing until the mixture is nice and creamy and smooth.
  2. 2. Keep the mixer on a low setting and add the rum or brandy. Fill the egg liqueur into clean bottles and seal them tightly. The liqueur keeps in the fridge and stored in the dark for up to 2 months.
