  3. 3. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Halve the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Remove the core.
  6. 6. Dice the flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions.
  8. 8. Trim off the dry ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings or small pieces.
  10. 10. Drizzle lemon juice over the turbot fillets.
  11. 11. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Roll the fillets up tightly.
  13. 13. Place the rolls in a bowl.
  14. 14. Knead the crab butter with flour into a paste.
  15. 15. Crumble the mixture in coarse flakes over the fillets.
  16. 16. Add wine, water, cream, crab meat, spring onions, and tomatoes.
  17. 17. Mix everything well.
  18. 18. Cover the bowl.
  19. 19. Cook the mixture in the microwave at 850 watts for about 8 minutes.
  20. 20. Carefully remove the fish fillets from the sauce.
  21. 21. Stir the sauce smooth with a spoon.
  22. 22. Adjust the seasoning of the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  23. 23. Pour the finished sauce over the fillets.
