🍝 Quick Pasta with Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 100 g whole grain pasta
- salt
- 20 g arugula (0.25 bunch)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 g dried tomatoes (4 dried tomatoes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 g basil (4 sprigs)
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- 2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook it al dente according to the package instructions.
- 3. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 4. Wash the arugula and cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 5. Spin-dry the arugula.
- 6. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
- 9. Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
- 10. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 11. Add the garlic and dried tomatoes to the hot pan.
- 12. Cook the ingredients over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 13. Wash the basil.
- 14. Shake the basil dry.
- 15. Finely chop the basil.
- 16. Add the drained pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and garlic.
- 17. Add the chopped basil.
- 18. Season the pasta with pepper.
- 19. Toss everything once to mix well.
- 20. Place the cherry tomatoes and arugula over the pasta.
- 21. Season the pasta to taste with salt and pepper.
