  1. 1. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces and melt it over a hot water bath. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the mixture cool down slightly.
  2. 2. Whip the cream until stiff. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate. Then add the remaining part gradually and stir everything carefully until you have a uniform mixture.
  3. 3. Pour the mousse into small glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let it set.
