🍰 Quick Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 125 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa content)
- 250 g chilled whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces and melt it over a hot water bath. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the mixture cool down slightly.
- 2. Whip the cream until stiff. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate. Then add the remaining part gradually and stir everything carefully until you have a uniform mixture.
- 3. Pour the mousse into small glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let it set.
