🍽️ Quick Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 100 g raspberries
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 100 g jam sugar (for cold-set jam)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse a screw-top jar with a 200 ml capacity with boiling water.
- 2. Turn the jar upside down on a kitchen towel and let it dry.
- 3. Sort through the raspberries to remove unripe or damaged berries.
- 4. Place the raspberries in a tall container.
- 5. Peel the ginger.
- 6. Grate the ginger finely.
- 7. Add the grated ginger to the raspberries.
- 8. Add the jam sugar.
- 9. Puree the mixture using a hand blender.
- 10. Blend for about 10 minutes.
- 11. Stop when the mixture starts to set.
- 12. Get a small ladle ready.
- 13. Fill the jam into the prepared jar.
- 14. Seal the jar immediately.
- 15. Store the jam in a cool place.
- 16. Consume the jam within 4 to 5 days.
