  3. 3. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  4. 4. Finely chop the parsley.
  5. 5. Peel the shallot.

  7. 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillet.
  8. 8. Pat the fillet dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Slice the fillet thinly at a slight angle.
  10. 10. Place the meat slices between two layers of cling film.
  11. 11. Flatten the meat by placing a heavy pan or meat mallet on top.
  12. 12. Season the flat schnitzels with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Heat a pan.
  14. 14. Sear the tomato halves without fat on the cut side over high heat.
  15. 15. Remove the tomatoes from the pan and set them aside.
  16. 16. Add the oil to the hot pan.
  17. 17. Fry the chicken schnitzels for about 1 minute on each side in the hot oil.
  18. 18. Remove the cooked schnitzels from the pan.
  19. 19. Add the shallots and tomatoes to the pan.

  21. 21. Pour the Marsala wine into the pan.

  23. 23. Let the sauce simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  24. 24. Return the chicken schnitzels and parsley to the pan.

  26. 26. Finally, adjust the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
