  4. 4. Knead the crumbs into a soft dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  6. 6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  8. 8. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  9. 9. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to a thickness of about 5 millimeters.
  11. 11. Cut out snowflakes in various sizes.
  12. 12. Ensure the largest snowflakes have a diameter of about 8 centimeters.
  13. 13. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
  14. 14. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
