🍽️ Light-as-air Snow Egg Whites with Warm Chocolate-Pistachio Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 g white chocolate (chopped)
- 50 g pistachios
- a pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Beat the egg whites with a mixer or whisk until they form stiff peaks.
- 2. Slowly stir the powdered sugar into the egg whites.
- 3. Continue beating the mixture until it looks firm and shiny.
- 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 5. Scrape out the tiny vanilla seeds from the pod.
- 6. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla seeds, and the empty pod to a saucepan.
- 7. Bring the milk mixture to a boil.
- 8. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 9. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk.
- 10. Add the chocolate to the warm milk.
- 11. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
- 12. Add the pistachios to the chocolate sauce.
- 13. Blend the sauce with a hand blender until smooth.
- 14. Pour the warm sauce into small bowls.
- 15. Place the egg white mounds (snow eggs) on top of the sauce.
- 16. Sprinkle some cinnamon over the eggs.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
