Ingredients
- 1 handful lemon balm leaf
- 1 l vodka
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh lemon balm leaves under running water.
- 2. Gently pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the dried leaves into a clean glass jar.
- 4. Pour the vodka over the leaves.
- 5. Seal the jar tightly with a lid.
- 6. Place the jar in a bright and warm spot.
- 7. Let the mixture infuse for about 7 days.
- 8. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve or coffee filter to remove the leaves.
- 9. Pour the finished lemon balm schnapps into a decanter.
