  3. 3. Place the dried leaves into a clean glass jar.
  4. 4. Pour the vodka over the leaves.
  5. 5. Seal the jar tightly with a lid.
  6. 6. Place the jar in a bright and warm spot.
  7. 7. Let the mixture infuse for about 7 days.
  8. 8. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve or coffee filter to remove the leaves.
  9. 9. Pour the finished lemon balm schnapps into a decanter.
