  4. 4. Peel the onion.
  5. 5. Dice it finely.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  8. 8. Add the minced meat to the onions.
  9. 9. Fry the meat until crumbly.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Quarter the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Puree them finely.
  13. 13. Take about 100 grams of the tomato puree.
  14. 14. Add the tomatoes and herbs to the minced meat.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Fill the cucumber halves with the meat mixture.
  17. 17. Place the remaining tomatoes in an oiled casserole dish.
  18. 18. Season the tomatoes with salt and cayenne pepper.
  19. 19. Place the stuffed cucumber halves in the casserole dish.
  20. 20. Cover the casserole dish.
  21. 21. Braise the cucumbers over low heat.
  22. 22. Cook them for about 30 minutes.
  23. 23. Check if the cucumbers are soft.
  24. 24. Stir the cream into the sauce.
  25. 25. Plate the cucumbers.
  26. 26. Garnish them with basil.
  27. 27. Serve the dish.
