  2. 2. Add butter fat, milk, and 110 milliliters of water.
  3. 3. Process the ingredients with the dough hooks of the hand mixer into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. If necessary, add a little more flour or liquid until the consistency is correct.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Dust a work surface with flour.
  7. 7. Roll out the dough there to about 0.5 centimeters thick.
  8. 8. Cut the dough into small squares with a side length of 2 centimeters.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pot to 170 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Fry the dough pieces in the hot fat for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
