  2. 2. Score the rind of the pork roast in a cross-hatch pattern.
  3. 3. Rub the meat generously with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Press the cloves firmly into the cuts you made earlier.
  5. 5. Place the meat into a roasting pan.
  6. 6. Roast the pork roast in the oven for a total of two and a half hours.
  7. 7. After 45 minutes of roasting time, pour some water into the pan.
  8. 8. Brush the meat regularly with meat stock throughout the entire roasting time.
  9. 9. Whisk mustard and honey together in a small bowl until smooth.
  10. 10. Brush the roast frequently with the mustard-honey mixture during the last 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Let the roast rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
  12. 12. Decorate the finished dish with oranges and serve.
