  6. 6. Score the rind in a diamond pattern.
  7. 7. Heat ghee in a roasting pan.
  8. 8. Sear the ham on all sides.
  9. 9. Pour 200 milliliters of water into the roasting pan.
  10. 10. Brush the roast generously with the prepared glaze.
  11. 11. Place the roasting pan in the oven.
  12. 12. Roast the ham at 175 degrees for 90 minutes.
  13. 13. Brush the roast with the remaining glaze repeatedly during the cooking time.
