Ingredients
- 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 wrap (ready-made product)
- 30 g cream cheese spread (0.2% fat)
- 2 tbsp pineapple (can)
- 30 g cooked ham (in paper-thin slices)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the lettuce with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
- 4. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the wrap.
- 5. Distribute the pineapple pieces on the wrap.
- 6. Place the lettuce strips next to the pineapple.
- 7. Top the ingredients with cooked ham.
- 8. Roll the wrap up tightly.
- 9. Wrap the roll tightly in parchment paper.
- 10. Twist the ends of the paper together like a candy wrapper.
- 11. Cut the wrap diagonally into portions using a bread knife.
