🥗 Ham Salad Wraps with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 200 g yogurt
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 2 handfuls sprouts (e.g. alfalfa)
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 200 g Parma ham
Instructions
- 1. Put the yogurt, cream cheese, and lemon juice into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- 4. Wash the cucumber under running water.
- 5. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 6. Cut the cucumber in half crosswise.
- 7. Slice the cucumber halves lengthwise into thin slices.
- 8. Wash the lamb's lettuce in a sieve under running water.
- 9. Remove wilted or damaged leaves from the lamb's lettuce.
- 10. Spin the lamb's lettuce dry or pat it with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Rinse the sprouts in a sieve under running water.
- 12. Let the sprouts drain well.
- 13. Lay the flatbreads flat on the work surface.
- 14. Distribute the cucumber slices on the flatbreads.
- 15. Place three to four slices of Parma ham on top.
- 16. Put the dry lamb's lettuce on the ham.
- 17. Sprinkle the drained sprouts over the wraps.
- 18. Drizzle one to two tablespoons of the yogurt sauce over the filling.
- 19. Roll the flatbreads tightly into a wrap.
- 20. Cut the finished wraps in half if desired.
- 21. Place the wraps on plates.
- 22. Serve the remaining sauce in a small bowl on the side.
