🍳 Crispy Baguette with Quark Filling and Beef Ham

Ingredients
- 500 g Quark (20% fat)
- 2 tbsp Creamy horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper from the mill
- 4 Whole grain baguette rolls
- 8 leaves Head lettuce
- 150 g Beef juice ham (thinly sliced)
- 1 box Cress
Instructions
- 1. Mix the quark with the creamy horseradish.
- 2. Season the quark mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Slice the baguette rolls lengthwise.
- 4. Spread the quark mixture onto the rolls.
- 5. Leave a small border free at the top edge.
- 6. Place fresh lettuce leaves on top of the quark layer.
- 7. Add slices of beef ham.
- 8. Distribute the remaining quark evenly on top.
- 9. Sprinkle fresh cress over the sandwich.
- 10. Serve the sandwich immediately.
