  3. 3. Stir the yeast with the sugar and 200 milliliters of lukewarm water until smooth.
  4. 4. Add the flour, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and the salt to the yeast mixture.
  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  7. 7. Divide the dough into 4 balls.
  8. 8. Roll the balls out on a little flour into round flatbreads with a diameter of about 26 centimeters.
  9. 9. Place the dough bases on 4 oiled baking sheets.
  10. 10. Mix the tomato puree with 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and marjoram.
  11. 11. Season the sauce lightly with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  12. 12. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough bases.
  13. 13. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
  14. 14. Distribute the mozzarella slices over the tomato sauce.
  15. 15. Cut the ham into small pieces.
  16. 16. Distribute the ham pieces over the pizza.
  17. 17. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  18. 18. Distribute the mushroom slices evenly over the pizzas.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the pizzas with the remaining thyme and garlic.

  22. 22. Bake the pizzas for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
