🍕 Crispy Ham and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 450 g flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- oil (for the pizza baking sheets)
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g pureed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp dried marjoram
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 300 g mozzarella
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Crumble the yeast into a bowl.
- 3. Stir the yeast with the sugar and 200 milliliters of lukewarm water until smooth.
- 4. Add the flour, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and the salt to the yeast mixture.
- 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 6. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 7. Divide the dough into 4 balls.
- 8. Roll the balls out on a little flour into round flatbreads with a diameter of about 26 centimeters.
- 9. Place the dough bases on 4 oiled baking sheets.
- 10. Mix the tomato puree with 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and marjoram.
- 11. Season the sauce lightly with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 12. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough bases.
- 13. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 14. Distribute the mozzarella slices over the tomato sauce.
- 15. Cut the ham into small pieces.
- 16. Distribute the ham pieces over the pizza.
- 17. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- 18. Distribute the mushroom slices evenly over the pizzas.
- 19. Sprinkle the pizzas with the remaining thyme and garlic.
- 20. Drizzle the pizzas with a little oil.
- 21. Place the pizzas in the preheated oven.
- 22. Bake the pizzas for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 23. Remove the pizzas from the oven and serve immediately.
