  5. 5. Pour in about 80 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  6. 6. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the oil and about 100 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  8. 8. Knead everything into a smooth yeast dough.
  9. 9. If necessary, add a little more flour or water to reach the right consistency.
  10. 10. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place without drafts for about 1 hour.
  11. 11. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic and press it into the hot oil.
  13. 13. Sauté the garlic until translucent.
  14. 14. Add the pureed tomatoes to the pot.
  15. 15. Season the sauce with oregano, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar.
  16. 16. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Taste the sauce one last time and adjust seasoning if needed.
  18. 18. Clean the mushrooms and slice them finely.

  34. 34. Bake the pizzas for about 10 minutes until the edge is crispy.
  35. 35. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a moment.
  36. 36. Top the pizzas with the ham pieces.
  37. 37. Sprinkle the pizzas with parsley.
