  4. 4. Put the remaining flour and the oil into a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add the pre-dough to the bowl.
  6. 6. Knead everything into a smooth dough using the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer.
  7. 7. If the dough is too dry, add a little more flour.
  8. 8. If the dough is too wet, add a little more water.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl.
  10. 10. Let the dough rest in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface.
  12. 12. Knead the salt into the dough on the floured surface.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise again until its volume has doubled.

  15. 15. Dust the greased pizza pans with a little flour.
