  1. 1. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  2. 2. Wash the pointed cabbage and cut it in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Cut out the hard core from the inside of the cabbage halves.
  4. 4. Cut the cabbage into thick slices and then into strips.
  5. 5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a large pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the onions over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the ground meat and fry it for approx. 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Stir the tomato paste and spices well into the meat mixture.
  10. 10. Add the chopped cabbage and potato pieces to the pot.
  11. 11. Pour in the broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
  12. 12. Let the stew simmer covered for 20 to 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  14. 14. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  15. 15. Finely chop the parsley.
  16. 16. Season the finished stew to taste with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Divide the stew among 4 deep plates.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley and serve.
