🍰 Mascarpone Blueberry Layered Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp rum
- 9 slices rusk
- 400 ml grape juice
- 400 g blueberries
- 4 tbsp mascarpone
- 8 tbsp low-fat quark
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 level tsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Pour the rum over the raisins.
- 2. Let the raisins soak in the rum for three hours.
- 3. Drain the rum liquid from the raisins.
- 4. Soak the raisins in water instead if children are eating the dessert.
- 5. Crumble one slice of dry toast into small pieces.
- 6. Mix the dry toast crumbs with the cinnamon and the sugar.
- 7. Set the spice mixture aside until serving time.
- 8. Place the remaining dry toast in a bowl.
- 9. Soak the dry toast with the grape juice.
- 10. Wait until the dry toast is soft.
- 11. Pick the blueberries off the stems.
- 12. Wash the blueberries.
- 13. Let the blueberries drain well.
- 14. Mix the blueberries with the raisins and the mascarpone.
- 15. Blend the berry mixture until smooth.
- 16. Gently fold the quark cheese into the cream.
- 17. Layer some soaked dry toast into a glass.
- 18. Add a layer of blueberry cream.
- 19. Repeat the layering alternately with dry toast and cream.
- 20. Sprinkle the finished dessert with the prepared dry toast crumbs.
