  5. 5. Crumble one slice of dry toast into small pieces.
  6. 6. Mix the dry toast crumbs with the cinnamon and the sugar.
  7. 7. Set the spice mixture aside until serving time.
  8. 8. Place the remaining dry toast in a bowl.
  9. 9. Soak the dry toast with the grape juice.
  10. 10. Wait until the dry toast is soft.
  11. 11. Pick the blueberries off the stems.
  12. 12. Wash the blueberries.
  13. 13. Let the blueberries drain well.
  14. 14. Mix the blueberries with the raisins and the mascarpone.
  15. 15. Blend the berry mixture until smooth.
  16. 16. Gently fold the quark cheese into the cream.
  17. 17. Layer some soaked dry toast into a glass.
  18. 18. Add a layer of blueberry cream.
  19. 19. Repeat the layering alternately with dry toast and cream.
