Ingredients
- 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g Exquisa (Fitline Protein Quark-Yogurt-Cream Blueberry)
- 50 g Exquisa (Mild Skyr)
- some fresh mint
Instructions
- 1. Place the blueberries and a small splash of water into a blender.
- 2. Blend the berries until they form a smooth puree.
- 3. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- 4. Reserve a few fresh berries for the topping.
- 5. Fill a tall glass one-third full with the blueberry mixture.
- 6. Add the Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark Yogurt Cream in blueberry flavor.
- 7. Top off the glass with Exquisa Mild Skyr.
- 8. Garnish with the remaining berries and a few mint leaves.
- 9. Enjoy by sipping and spooning!
