🍽️ Baked Poll with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g smoked cod fillet
- 400 g cooked potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 70 g frozen peas
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 tsp granulated broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Slice the potatoes thinly. Peel the onions, cut them in half, and slice them into half-rings.
- 2. Let the peas thaw. Whisk the cream with the broth until combined and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 3. Sauté the onions in hot butter until translucent. Add the potatoes and peas and cook briefly together. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and pour the cream over it.
- 4. Place the fish on top of the mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
