  1. 1. Slice the potatoes thinly. Peel the onions, cut them in half, and slice them into half-rings.
  2. 2. Let the peas thaw. Whisk the cream with the broth until combined and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Sauté the onions in hot butter until translucent. Add the potatoes and peas and cook briefly together. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and pour the cream over it.
  4. 4. Place the fish on top of the mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
