🍽️ Fluffy Omelette with Berries and Banana

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Sugar
- 100 g Raspberries
- 0.5 Banana
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Carefully separate the yolks from the whites.
- 2. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- 3. Mix the egg yolks with lemon juice and a small amount of sugar.
- 4. Puree half of the raspberries and sweeten to taste.
- 5. Slice the remaining whole raspberries and the banana.
- 6. Combine the berry puree, the whole raspberries, and the banana slices.
- 7. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 8. Pour the yolk mixture into the hot pan and fry briefly.
- 9. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- 10. Pour the egg mixture back into the pan and cook the omelette until golden brown.
- 11. Place the finished omelette on a plate.
- 12. Top with the prepared fruit mixture.
