🍽️ Spicy Herb Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 green chili peppers
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mint and coriander under cold water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Pick the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Chop the garlic roughly.
- 6. Wash the chili.
- 7. Cut the chili in half lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the chili.
- 9. Chop the chili roughly.
- 10. Place the chili, garlic, and herbs into a blender.
- 11. Add about 100 grams of yogurt.
- 12. Puree the ingredients until smooth.
- 13. Stir in the remaining yogurt.
- 14. Season the chutney with lemon juice and salt to taste.
- 15. Serve the chutney with papadam.
