  2. 2. Shake the herbs dry.
  3. 3. Pick the leaves off the stems.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic.
  5. 5. Chop the garlic roughly.
  6. 6. Wash the chili.
  7. 7. Cut the chili in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds from the chili.
  9. 9. Chop the chili roughly.
  10. 10. Place the chili, garlic, and herbs into a blender.
  11. 11. Add about 100 grams of yogurt.
  12. 12. Puree the ingredients until smooth.
  13. 13. Stir in the remaining yogurt.
  14. 14. Season the chutney with lemon juice and salt to taste.
  15. 15. Serve the chutney with papadam.
