🍽️ Spicy Chicken with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 6 tbsp Yogurt
- 3 Leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 1 red chili pepper
- 250 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- 50 g Tortilla chips
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into slices away from the pit.
- 2. Drizzle the mango slices with lemon juice.
- 3. Take about one-third of the mango slices and puree them finely with the yogurt for the dip.
- 4. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.
- 5. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Wash the chili pepper and slit it lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings.
- 8. Wash the chicken meat and pat it dry.
- 9. Cut the chicken meat into strips.
- 10. Heat oil in a pan.
- 11. Fry the chicken strips together with the chili rings in the pan for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 12. Season the fried chicken meat with salt.
- 13. Mix the chicken meat with the lettuce and the remaining mango slices.
- 14. Arrange the mixture in small bowls.
- 15. Spread the mango-yogurt dip over it.
- 16. Serve the dish with tortilla chips.
