  1. 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into slices away from the pit.
  2. 2. Drizzle the mango slices with lemon juice.
  3. 3. Take about one-third of the mango slices and puree them finely with the yogurt for the dip.
  4. 4. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.
  5. 5. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper and slit it lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings.
  8. 8. Wash the chicken meat and pat it dry.
  9. 9. Cut the chicken meat into strips.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a pan.
  11. 11. Fry the chicken strips together with the chili rings in the pan for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Season the fried chicken meat with salt.
  13. 13. Mix the chicken meat with the lettuce and the remaining mango slices.
  14. 14. Arrange the mixture in small bowls.
