  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
  2. 2. Cut out the hard base where the stem was attached.
  3. 3. Cut the tomato flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Rinse the herbs under cold water.
  5. 5. Shake the herbs dry.
  6. 6. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Wash the chili pepper.
  8. 8. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Cut one of the chili halves into thin strips for decoration.
  11. 11. Peel the shallot.
  12. 12. Chop the shallot roughly.
  13. 13. Keep two tablespoons of yogurt aside for later.
  14. 14. Put the chili strips, tomato pieces, herbs, broth, ice cubes, and the remaining yogurt into the blender.
  15. 15. Puree the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  16. 16. Season the drink to taste with salt, lemon juice, and Tabasco.
  17. 17. Pour the drink into glasses.
  18. 18. Add the reserved yogurt as dots on top of the drink.
  19. 19. Garnish the drink with the chili strips.
  20. 20. Serve the drink immediately.
