🥤 Spicy Tomato Cocktail

Ingredients
- 400 g ripe aromatic tomatoes (4 ripe aromatic tomatoes)
- 50 g onions (1 onion)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece horseradish (approx. 5 cm)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the washed tomatoes into coarse chunks.
- 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 4. Cut a few thin rings from the onion and set them aside.
- 5. Roughly chop the remaining part of the onion.
- 6. Roughly chop the garlic as well.
- 7. Peel the horseradish.
- 8. Roughly chop the peeled horseradish.
- 9. Place the tomato chunks, the remaining chopped onion, the garlic, and the horseradish into the juicer.
- 10. Juice the ingredients until you have a smooth liquid.
- 11. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 12. Add a few ice cubes to the glass.
- 13. Garnish the cocktail with the onion rings you set aside earlier.
