🍽️ Spicy Sorrel Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 bunch sorrel
- 500 ml kefir
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 8 grissini
- 8 slices parma ham
Instructions
- 1. Wash the sorrel if it is dirty. Spin it dry. Chop the leaves finely.
- 2. Put the sorrel into a blender. Add the kefir. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Add the honey.
- 3. Blend the mixture finely until it is smooth.
- 4. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise. Dice the pepper into fine cubes.
- 5. Stir the chili pieces into the lassi mixture. Set aside one teaspoon of the chili pieces. Keep them for decoration.
- 6. Distribute the lassi into four glasses.
- 7. Sprinkle the remaining chili pieces over the glasses.
- 8. Take a grissini. Wrap a strip of Parma ham around the grissini.
- 9. Serve the wrapped grissinis together with the lassi.
